Yes, we will send your order worldwide by Parcel Force, and it usually takes about 7-9 days for delivery.

4.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Once you have submitted an order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 working days for delivery via Express Mail. We do not offer overnight shipping currently.

5.How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

The tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped. No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, we only charge £6.99/$9.99/€7.99 for shipping. The shipping of the items is online traceable.

Except charms, every piece of jewellery will come with a original links of london package, including the gift box, gift card, silver care card and ribbon. Pay attention that every 3 charms with one set are wrapped in a package.Any order with a piece of necklace, bangle, bracelet or a pair of earrings is respectively wrapped in a package.Any piece or pair previously mentioned with no more than 2 charms is also respectively wrapped in a package. 9.Things are usually cheaper if they are bought in bulk. Are you ?

Yes, sure! It will be cheaper if you do a bulk shopping.

10.What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?

You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. We will require a picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we sending out a new replacement or issue a refund.

11.How should I store my silver?

Silver should be kept absolutely dry. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth such as the flannel pouch provided with your EuroLuxury silver or a silver storage box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulfur in rubber causes tarnishing and corrosion.
